At Eden Skin & Laser Clinic, we offer Skin Boosters as a targeted injectable treatment designed to deliver deep, long-lasting hydration to the skin. Often described as "injectable skincare," these boosters consist of a soft, gel-like Hyaluronic Acid (HA) that is micro-injected just beneath the surface. Unlike traditional fillers which add volume or structure, Skin Boosters work by activating the fibroblasts to promote new collaged and elastin in the skin. This improves the skin's internal hydration levels, resulting in a significantly smoother, more luminous, and "dewy" complexion.

How Does It Work

The Hyaluronic Acid used in Skin Boosters is "non-cross-linked," meaning it flows easily into the tissues to hold moisture rather than staying in one spot to add volume. Once injected, it acts as a reservoir of hydration, drawing water into the dermis and stimulating the natural production of collagen. This improves the skin’s light-reflecting properties for a visible "filter-like" finish.

Yes. Skin Boosters utilize Hyaluronic Acid, a substance that occurs naturally within your own skin, making the treatment highly biocompatible and safe. At Eden Skin & Laser Clinic, we use only premium, clinically proven brands, and all procedures are carried out by our experienced medical practitioners.

Most clients find the treatment very tolerable. We can apply a topical numbing cream to the area beforehand to ensure your comfort. Many of the Skin Booster products we use also contain a built-in local anaesthetic, making the sensation feel like nothing more than a series of light pin-pricks.

While you may notice an improvement in skin softness within a few days, the full "glow" typically develops over 1 to 2 weeks. For the best clinical outcome, we usually recommend an initial course of 2 to 3 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart, which allows the hydration levels to build cumulatively.

Downtime is minimal. You may experience some mild redness, swelling, or tiny "bee-sting" bumps at the injection sites immediately after the session. These typically resolve within 24 to 48 hours as the product integrates into the skin. Minor bruising is possible but usually fades quickly.

Hands Off: Avoid touching or rubbing the treated area for at least 6 hours.
Makeup: We recommend waiting 12–24 hours before applying makeup to the injection sites.
Heat & Exercise: Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, and steam rooms for 48 hours.
Hydration: Drink plenty of water to help the Hyaluronic Acid "plump" the skin from within.
Skincare: Avoid using active ingredients like Retinol or exfoliating acids for 48 hours.
Protection: Apply a broad-spectrum SPF daily to protect your rejuvenated skin.
