To ensure your comfort, we apply a local anaesthetic to the entry points and along the thread tracks. While you may feel some slight tugging or pressure during the procedure, it is generally not described as painful. Any post-treatment tenderness can usually be managed with over-the-counter paracetamol.

You will see an immediate mechanical lift straight after the procedure. However, the results continue to improve over the following 12 weeks as the bio-stimulation process generates new collagen. The "peak" result is typically seen around the three-month mark.

As with any "tweakment" involving the deeper layers of the skin, some downtime is expected. You may experience mild swelling, bruising, or a sensation of tightness for 3 to 7 days. Most clients prefer to have this treatment toward the end of the week to allow for a weekend of recovery.

Rest Your Face: Avoid excessive facial expressions, wide yawning, or heavy chewing for 1 week.
Sleeping Position: Sleep on your back with your head slightly elevated for the first 3–5 nights.
Gentle Cleansing: Be very gentle when washing your face; pat dry rather than rubbing for 5 days.
Avoid Heat: Stay away from saunas, steam rooms, and direct sun exposure for 2 weeks.
No Facial Massage: Do not have any facial massages or other dental work for at least 4 weeks.
Exercise: Avoid strenuous exercise or high-impact sports for 2 weeks to allow the threads to settle.
