Not at all. Most clients describe the sensation as a slightly gritty, tugging feeling on the skin—similar to a rough tongue licking the face. It is not painful, and many find the rhythmic movement and vacuum sensation quite relaxing.

Results are visible immediately. Your skin will feel noticeably smoother and look brighter straight after your first session. For more specific concerns like pigmentation or fine lines, we usually recommend a course of 6 treatments spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart for cumulative results.

There is no downtime associated with this treatment. Your skin may appear slightly pink for a few hours afterward, similar to a light windburn, but this quickly subsides. You can apply makeup and return to your normal routine immediately following your appointment.

Sun Protection: Your skin will be more sensitive to the sun; apply a broad-spectrum SPF daily.
Avoid Actives: Do not use Retinol, AHAs (like Glycolic Acid), or Vitamin C for 48 hours post-treatment.
Hydrate: Use a rich, soothing moisturiser to support the new skin cells.
No Scrubbing: Avoid any manual exfoliants or "scrubs" for at least 5 days.
Keep Cool: Avoid very hot showers, saunas, or strenuous exercise for 24 hours to prevent irritation.
