You may experience a warm, tingling, or itching sensation during the application. Our facials are designed to be therapeutic and comfortable. You may experience mild tingling during active exfoliation (such as the "Fire" element of Fire & Ice), but the experience is generally relaxing and non-invasive.

Most of our facials have zero downtime, making them ideal for pre-event preparation. You may experience very mild, transient redness immediately following the more active treatments, which typically resolves within an hour.

To maintain your results and protect your skin post-facial:
UV Protection: Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 50 daily, as exfoliation increases the skin's sensitivity to light.
Hydration: Drink plenty of water and use the recommended homecare moisturisers.
Avoid Heat: Refrain from saunas, steam rooms, or vigorous exercise for 24 hours.
Simplified Regimen: Avoid using strong active ingredients (like Retinols) for 24–48 hours after a clinical facial.
